We were honoured to host Hon Steve Minnikin, Minister for Customer Service and Open Data and Minister for Small and Family Business, at Truii.

The Minister spoke about the government’s commitment to customer service — they have created a portfolio to ensure its prioritisation. Further mentioning that as Queenslanders we are the governments customers and ultimately, people come first.

This message deeply resonates with us.

At Truii, putting people first is at the heart of everything we do. Our core ethos is Family First—not just our own families, but our clients and our partners.

Our approach is to make complex problems seem simple by creating innovative products and solutions that prioritise the user experience—because we believe web applications should empower people, not overwhelm them.

Whether it’s helping government agencies, researchers, or community organisations, our goal is always the same: to create tools that are useful, user-driven and meaningful.

Thank you, Minister Minnikin, for recognising the value of people-first businesses. It’s encouraging to see a government championing open data and customer service as more than policy—it’s a shared philosophy.
